1. Terms & Conditions
Disclaimer: While we strive for accuracy in our Web site, errors may occur. You will be advised of any error when placing your order. Pricing, specifications and delivery are subject to change without prior notice.
Credit Card: The Warehouse Depot preferred method of payment is Visa or MasterCard
Minimum Order Policy: We strive to keep our prices extremely competitive and rather than hide the high cost of order processing in the prices, we require that all orders under $100.00 be assessed a $25.00 minimum order service charge.
PayPal & COD payment solutions are not available at Warehouse Depot. All prices and fees are in Canadian dollars.

As an important part of respecting your privacy, we believe that you have the right to know what information is collected by this Web site, how such information may be used, and what security measures are taken to protect your information.
Collection and Use of Information
When you visit our Web site, place an order or contact us via e-mail, certain information is or may be collected. We use this information in order to analyze, manage and improve our Web site so that we may continually strive to provide you with the best shopping experience that we possibly can. Information on traffic patterns and the number of page visits and the like helps us to further develop and improve our site layout to better meet your needs. Of course, we also use information such as your name, e-mail address and credit card information to contact you, respond to your inquiries, and to process, deliver and receive payment for your purchases. We may use such information to notify you of services, special offers, new products and other services that we believe may be of interest to you, or to notify you of important new changes in our Web site.
Warehouse Depot makes every effort to protect the security of your personal information. Our Web site is hosted on secure servers and utilizes SSL secure server software. Any personal information that you provide is encrypted so that no one can read it while it is being transmitted over the Internet. Any information collected by us is stored in private files behind a firewall designed to protect your information by denying unauthorized access by outside users.
Providing Information to Outside Parties
Warehouse Depot does not currently sell trade, rent or otherwise provide your personal information to any outside parties. If we were ever to choose to do so in the future you can be assured that we would only provide such information to parties that we believe to be reputable, and who provide products or services our customers may find interesting. However, you can always tell us not to provide your information to any third party by sending an e-mail message to us at info@Warehouse Depot.ca. Please be sure that your e-mail includes your name and address.
3. Shipping Policy
All Warehouse Depot orders are shipped prepaid.
Purolator is our primary small parcel carrier and if your order exceeds their weight & size limits, Common Carrier will deliver to you.
All items are in stock. All orders are shipped in perfect condition. Claims for damage must be noted on the carrier's bill of lading and claimed accordingly. Claims for shortages, should they occur, must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise.
Warehouse Depot will charge customer with shipping cost of cancelled orders if they have already left our location.
A shipping and handling fee of $1.50 will be added to every order shipped
Warehouse Depot will calculate your freight charge based on your location (by city or postal code) and the actual weight and size of the load. Large and heavy items will be shipped by common carrier.
Products shipped via common carrier are subject to the following requirements:
- Someone must be present to accept truck deliveries at your dock. There may be additional charges should there be a requirement for a return visit
- Standard truck delivery is to a dock facility
- Surcharge and 24 hours notification will be added for residential deliveries, lift gate, or inside deliveries
4. Return Policies
Buyer must contact Warehouse Depot either by email or online chat for a returned goods authorization number and shipping instructions prior to returning any products. All items must be unused and in the original packaging, shipped prepaid and are subject to inspection before a credit or refund is made. Products return after 30 days of receipt are subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge.
Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 6 months. Warehouse Depot's liability under this warranty shall be limited solely to repair, or credit, at Warehouse Depot's option or as limited by the original manufacturer's warranty. Buyer shall, at Warehouse Depot's option, return any alleged defective product to Warehouse Depot at buyer's expense. This warranty extends to buyer only. This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Warehouse Depot shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to, labour costs or loss of profits arising in connection with the use of or inability to use products purchased from Warehouse Depot. Certain products such as machinery may have different warranties.
